Zero COVID-19 deaths in past 24 hours. After over six months, Odisha recorded nil deaths in a single day period as per the data shared by the State Health and Family Welfare Department.
While sharing the milestone, the State Health and Family Welfare Department expressed its appreciation for the COVID warriors. It said that the tireless efforts of the COVID warriors have made this day possible. Last time the state had reported zero COVID19 deaths was on April 6 2020.
Earlier in the day, the State reported 231 fresh cases taking the total COVID19 positive tally to 3,30,921. The total death toll in Odisha on account of the virus is 1,887 while the active caseload is 2,203.
